Are Elements good for long trips

let me try this again - We're considering buying one ('03 AWD EX) and did a
short test drive. It seemed pretty good, but we regularly (4x/month) drive
3+ hours across state. Does anyone have experience with an Element on long
trips and could maybe contrast it to other vehicles (especially AWD)?

Thanks - and if you have other opinions for a potential buyer, we'd love to
hear them too!

I have a SOP EX that I got in late April and drove in from NYC to
Dayton Ohio in the middle of May ... ( 600 miles one way ) my average
speed was 75- 80 and it drive great.
