Yes.
Open the hood of your car, and read the sticker that is placed near the
radiator fan. It should read something like "warning: fan may engage at any
time" (to include while the engine is not running).

It happens to me too, I consider it is normal, but I suggest to check your
coolant level, don't let be too low.

It happens to me too, I consider it is normal, but I suggest to check your
coolant level, don't let be too low.
