Gas prices aren't dropping
 

Why aren't fuel prices dropping like expected? There is a web site that
shows a graph of fuel prices since 1995. I thought after the war we would
see a decrease, but regular gas is up 10 cents a gallon from the same time
last year. See it at www.storydata.com

They did drop.....for awhile....got to $1.49/gal after a high of $2.10. It
has risen back to $1.76/gal now. I had heard the same thing.....to expect
prices to drop as well. Oh well! :(

Seems to be regional. I paid 1.339/gallon for unleaded regular last
night in ne NJ.

Or everyone could quit buying these big ass vehicles and go easy on the
environment. There isn't unlimited resources on this planet. Crank up the
gas prices. I like to hear these people bitch about spending $40 $50 to fill
there suv's.

I am going to drive what I want, and if it cost $50 to fill it up F*** it.

I don't do alot other than golf a few times a month, and I'll be dammed if I
am going to go to work everyday just to feed the goverment more tax money! I
may even buy H2............yeah 7 mpg.

The goverment got us us into this mess, kissing the enviromentalist's asses.

Not as big as the old style Station Wagons. Those things were roomy, like

btw. now that the oil is flowing again in Iraq why aren't prices dropping?

BJ's warehouse has regular for $1.44/gal. $1.57 normally

I'm glad that the prices haven't gone up since your country stopped the
shooting. When the first shots were fired, our price for gas started
dropping. Was at 89.9 cents a litre ($3.60 a US gallon), went down to 69.9
cents a litre ($2.80 a US gallon) and has since only moved a couple of cents
at a time. First going up, then down the same amount the next day.

Maybe if Canadas' socialist govenment stopped all the free handouts,
maybe your gas prices would be lower?
social welfare programs = high taxes = very high fuel taxes
