HELP !!! 2000 Oddysey A/C cycles on and off

Hello,

Does anyone know what could make the AC in a Honda Odyssey cycle on and off
? It happens when it is hot outside. It usually does not happen in the
morning when it is not as hot.

You'll probably get some good advice here, but be sure to check
http://www.odyclub.com/ as well.

When you say cycles on off are you saying that the compressor is cycling
(noticeable engine load change) or that the temperature is cycling without.

It has to cycle on and off, otherwise it would freeze solid inside the
core. Your owners manual also will explain why there's water dripping
out the underside of your Odyssey. Don't drink the water :-)
