help 93 civic rear suspension
 
93 civec ex
bad toe out not enough adjustment to fix cannot be alligned??
do i need a frame straghtened or any other suggestions?
180000 miles nothing looks bent.

I bet you will find the right front is bent slightly back from years of
brushing curbs and running up on parking lot stops. Take it to a frame shop.
They will know what to do and the chances are good that it won't cost any
more than the tire shops charge to do nothing and then tell you its not
adjustable.

One more thought - if its the rear, its usually sagging springs. Replace
them.
