Start by doing a thorough purge of the cooling system, per
the factory service manual. Note that it may take 40 minutes
or so for the cooling fan to come on twice.
Some of the engine computer's sensors require full immersion
in coolant to work correctly. Air bubbles prevent this. It's
kind of a known, small problem with Hondas.
