I think what you are asking about is the door window glass regulator.
I suspect it's Dealer Package that is broken. Go to your local Honda
or Isuzu dealer and price out the package and ask them to print out
the cutaway. Be nice to them, it has worked for me.
I looked in my Haynes Isuzu Rodeo & Amigo, Honda Passport repair
manual, Chapter 11, Section 11, it tells you how to remove the
regulator.
Hint...get a mirror on a swivel handle at a hardware store and look
at the regulator on the opposite door.
