HPARTS.COM NON RESPONSIVE SUPPORT

Has anybody deal with HParts.com. I read this link from this newsgroup and
tried to inquire for a parts that I need to order, so far I have left 4
message in their customer support online but received not response on any.
Their website designed pretty professional and links have good stuffs, is
their customer service personnel is just not responsive?

It happened to me before, decided to call somebody else. They responded me
about a week later. They have good prices but they suck.

I've never had any trouble with them. Great prices and the customer service
was decent. I know they have a toll free number to call listed on their web
site somewhere. I don't have it currently available but you may want to
check it out.

Good luck,
-Dave

They used to be very responsive, but the last couple of times I had a
question or asked for a quote that wasn't readily available on line, they
have been very slow to respond - days rather than hours.
