Ignition Key Sticks

My service advisor already suggested a solution to this problem. I only
want to know if anybody has had a problem with the 2001 Accord EX V6
ignition key hard to insert, hard to get out or any other type of problem
normal graphite lube should fix. Before I start squirting that stuff
around, I want to know if I should just replace the ignition lock. Thanks

LockEase comes in a small aerosol can that looks like WD40 (blue w/
yellow writing) and it's great for all 5 locks on your Accord. It's
messy, however, and you'll have to wipe up with tissues the first few
times you use the key in each lock. I got it at a locksmith, and it's
made in USA. I use it twice a year as a preventative.

Re: Ignition Key Sticks

Is your key the original or a replacement? Most key problems are with
replacements, but any lock lubricant should help and alot cheaper than a new
ignition lock.
