www.slhondaparts.com has your diagrams. Many Hondas have drop-out fans.
Three screws, unplug the connector, drops out on floor. Odyssey and
accord are mostly like that.

Three screws, unplug the connector, drops out on floor. Odyssey and
accord are mostly like that.
