Intermittent wiper relay

I have a 94 Honda Accord LX and I am trying to find the relay for the
Intermittent wipers. I believe it is under the dash somewhere. Does anyone
know?

it's in the integrated control unit embedded in the driver side fuse
panel. what's wrong with it?
