Hello, Tracy! I never had a sunroof in none of my previous cars, so I did not see the need for such a luxury. I don't need the extra light if the sunroof is open, and I do not like the wind in my hair while driving. Besides, I have read complaints on these newsgroups (from Accord owners) who have had problems with their own sunroofs, such as maintenance issues, or additional noise, or some drainage problems. Most of all, I wanted a unique, stealth Accord that didn't stand out from the crowd! I'm not sure about the total cost of the car after adding these items. I did get some of these for quite a bargain on eBay, and I know a friend who has provided me with wholesale prices on stock Honda parts. I do not plan to sell or trade this car, at least for the next ten years, so I added these options and accessories to enhance my own driving experience. Paul |

Color me curious. Check today's posting in this newsgroup: Another Honda customer has brought his Accord back to the dealership *twice* for rattles in the sunroof area, that they have not fixed yet. Even if I had the sunroof closed, I might have to deal with this issue. But since my Accord pseudo-EX has no sunroof, there is no problem!! Paul |

I would like to put the EX wheels on my '92 LX. Think I'd have to
change a buncha stuff though. bob |

Re: LX-to-EX: bypassing Honda's standard options!
What else would you have to change? I have considered this for my '91
Accord. It is the one thing I would really like to change on the car. I would put the '90-93 wheels on; They are four lug and I am not sure what else would be different. Re: LX-to-EX: bypassing Honda's standard options!
My '90 Accord had a sunroof. In the morning, when my body was taller, I had to open the inside slider to get headroom. Hardly ever used the sunroof at all.
