Re: maintenance light went to yellow..92 accord
Chris,
If you plan to do any work on your own car, you need at least an Owner's Manual (OM). I have a '95 Nissan I revently got (with no OM of course) but was able to order -- for only $12 including shipping -- a brand new OM from Nissan Publications. Honda may be similar. At least find an OM. Failing that -- or preferably in addition to -- get a $15 Haynes Repair Manual (or Chilton) for your car. Ask here for help, but the manuals are your best and most reliable sources. Good luck, John D. Wow - that's harsh. The indicator is a wheel which measures the amount of miles which have past since the last time the key was inserted into the slot next to it. The key being your car key. It is used to indicate when you should change your oil. Red of course either means you hate your car or you didn't push the key into the slot the last time you changed your oil. Yellow means, think about getting an oil change. |

Re: maintenance light went to yellow..92 accord
Hi,
It is not an indicator for trouble. it is just a reminder. Can reset it with key as mentioned earlier.
