between 7 am British time and 10 pm same. Sounds like a teen age boy

But the CIA and the FBI never talk to each other, least of all about
their competitive mind control projects. Partly professional courtesy
partly fear that its duplicative effort.

control suggests to me that they did. The HAARP people are rife.

control. The CIA on the other hand.......
A long time ago I worked with a nutty woman who believed that the HAARP

Johnny Unitas. Classes were taught there in cryptology, intelligence
