New 2003 Accord, Gas smell after filll up
new 2003 Accord. 6000 miles. Sometimes while on the highway we get a raw gas smell inside
the cabin. It starts out very strong and goes away within a minute or two. The last time it did it was about 10 minutes after fill up. I can't remember the previous time. BTW, I did not top off the fill, I always remove the nozzle when it turns off. Any idea's? Thanks, Richard |

There's a handy storage compartment in the tailgate of the CRV that fits a fire extinguisher just right... 'Curly' ---------------------- |

When I drive away, the snow melts off my boots and really smells up the car for a while. Not too much I can do to avoid it, except I stomp my boots clean before getting in, if I think of it. Maybe that's all that happened with your new car? 'Curly' ------------------ |
