It's possible you have two alarm systems on your Pilot both operating with
the same fob and the added system is causing this malfunction. Most dealers
install aftermarket (non honda) security systems on their new vehicles for
financing and insurance purposes due to vandalism in their lot. One way to
check if you have two systems: is there only one red light blinking when
you arm the system (in the instrument cluster)? if so then you have just a
factory system installed. Or do you see an additional light blinking
(besides the one on the radio) when you arm it. Either way you should bring
it back to your dealer for assistance.
