Plastic molding around front windshield

Hi, today was very windy and finally when I arrived home I look at my front
windshield and noticed that the plastic moulding around my front windshield
had pop out. To be more specific it is on the left hand side. I pushed it
back in and around the side, but noticed that it is a little loose and can
be pulled out again very easily. Do anyone know how to fix this? Is it glue
that hold it in place? My car is a Civic 2000 2 door.

Thanks

Re: Plastic molding around front windshield

We had the same problem on a 2001 Civic. It was under warranty and the
entire moulding was replaced + glued in. This has mad a big difference in
cutting wind noise. But so strange that we were complaining that this
re-certified car was much too noisy and no-one at the dealership noticed the
virtually falling out moulkding till we brought it to their attention.
