I have checked both fuse boxes, couldn't even find it. It is 91 accord

In the case of a 92 Accord, the location is under dash mounted on far left side. Four wires, WHT/YEL, BLU/RED, LT GRN/BLU and BLK. If no SRS, no relay, just uses a horn switch.
