That's also the same procedure in my 99 Prelude Service Manual - see, they
are useful for more than just detailed repair and maintenance. The only difference is that the Prelude receiver is in the left rear quarter panel, while the Acura's is apparently under the audio unit. I can't imagine one really has to "aim" the transmitter since its RF!
