Q. Throttle Body Spacer for 2005 Accord 4 cyl.
I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with adding a throtle body spacer kit on their 4 cylinder Vtec? If you did, would you say that it added the claimed 3 or 4 mpg AND the few extra horsepower? Was/is there an issue with throttle cable lengths to consider during installation? .. |

Spacers can make sense in multi-barrel carburetors, where you can gain 1% or so more bhp. In single-barrel EFI throttle bodies (such as yours) thay are mere snake oil.
