The Check Engine Light results in the computer reading of P116. Anybody know
what that means for a 1999 Honda Accord ULEV 4-cylinder? |

Or do you mean P0116? In that case, the interpretation is: "Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Problem" Sounds like you might have a bad ECT sensor.
