Question: Code P116 for 1999 Honda Accord

The Check Engine Light results in the computer reading of P116. Anybody know
what that means for a 1999 Honda Accord ULEV 4-cylinder?

No such code as P116.

Or do you mean P0116? In that case, the interpretation is:
"Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Problem"

Sounds like you might have a bad ECT sensor. You need to investigate with a
multimeter BEFORE spending money!
