Questions about my 87 Prelude SI
Here are what this car needs:
Timing Belt.. the engine has over 200k on it, and the previous owner had it
for the last 40k and doesn't know when it was changed last. How hard is it
to do this myself (I usually work on all my own cars).
Right headlight motor.. Left one works fine, right one is dead and has to
be moved manually. Do you think this is a problem with the motor itself or
something else?
Power windows seem a little slow going up/down. Is this electrical or ?
Any other tips you can give me about owning this car? It's a lot of fun to
drive and has quite a bit of power, but i've never owned a Honda before.
Thanks,
Matt

Re: Questions about my 87 Prelude SI
Whoops... two other things..
The spedometer cable needs to be replaced too because the needle is jumping
back and forth when driving.
Also, it may need a new clutch cable soon as the cluth pedal is very stiff,
and there is like a little 'bump' i feel while letting the clutch out.
Thanks,
Matt

The speedo needle on that car is electronic. (there is a cable.... I don't
know if a bad cable could cause the needle to jump though..)
