You might want to visit a Honda Dealership and ask the chief service person about it and how much it would cost to install it on your Honda. In the mean time--someone should set the timing and any other needed adjustments. I would advice taking it to a professional mechanic. |

The timing is dead on, and I adjusted the valves about 5k/mi ago...so all is well in that area. The timing belt & water pump are due in about 15k/mi.The next step is the local Honda mechanic unless someone can point me in the right direction. Like I said, other than this idle/throttle compensation issue, the car runs perfect. Chris |

Turn on the air conditioner and set the timing, etc. Run it for a day or two. If the problem is solved--you won't have to worry about the idle conpensator. On the other hand if the Honda runs poorly--set the timing, etc. while the air conditioner is turned off. |
