Re: Any bra users out there?
I used a bra on my 98 for about four years. It did cause some paint
problems especially around the edges of the hood piece. The paint under the bra was ok but didn't match the rest of the car. The car got into an accident in December and I had the entire car repainted. Turned out great and it looks new. I heard about a clear mask that covers the same area as the bra did and had it installed. It is almost invisible and looks great. I would recommend this instead of a bra. Check the window tint places or the auto detailing places to see if they install them. Re: Any bra users out there?
Wow, it costs a fortune to get it installed (clear mask). Prices range from
$400-700 depending on what type of kit you want installed on your vehicle. You can buy a whole roll of it and do it yourself, but its the same as installing your own window tint, a big sweaty and painful job. I'll pass on that.
