What vintage... What mileage... What's the service history?

Regarding stage performances: When everyone else has finished playing,
you should not play any notes you have left over. -

Re: Civic Hesitation

Sorry, here's more info on our car. One month old, 1400 miles, been
getting gas at different stations. Performance of the engine is good
at other speeds; does a nice job of accelerating up hill in 5th gear,
even with air conditioning on. Overall, both power and performance
very satisfactory, except for the instances when the motor lags, and
then it happens only for seconds, not minutes.

Re: Civic Hesitation

Its likely a bad tank of fuel. I checked mileage on my last car all the
time, and when I used Amoco/BP fuel, I would get 2-3 mpg more highway miles
than with the cheap no name fuel at the quick shops. And the car seemed to
run a little better also. So that pretty much made up for the added cost.

Suggest running your fuel as low as you feel comfortable going, and try to
find a good quality fuel. Then run that for a while. Don't use 92 octane if
your car calls for 87, which it probably does. Don't switch between premium
and regular, cause it takes the computer a while to adjust.

If that doesn't do it, its under warrenty. Hopefully you can recreate the
problem if and when you have to bring it in.
