Yes,most of the restriction is in the complex intake ducting.
After I installed a Bomz cold air intake,I got a very noticeable power
increase.The OEM Integra intake ducting is very restrictive,I expect the
Honda's are similar.
Honda Tuning Magazine did flow bench and dyno tests on the K&N filter,and
two CAIs,and several short rams,on a RSX-S,and got 20 hp gain with the
CAIs,5-7 hp with the short rams,and NO increase with the K&N filter.
That article is why I decided on the CAI.
