By 2.2 Odyssey, I am assuming you mean the four door model with the coffee
grinder 4 cylinder engine? If that is what you mean, here is the experience
from the '96 I had.

The overall average on ours ended up 21.8 MPG over 94000 miles. It usually
got 19-22 in city driving (19 during A/C season and 22 in the winter). On
highway trips it got 27-29 MPG.

So I shouldn't think I need one of the first generation Odyseys with
the swing out doors and four captains chairs? bob

I don't follow your logic. Why would you not need one? I was trying to make
sure I knew what he meant by 2.2 Odyssey.

We actually found it the most versatile of the minivans we owned (others
were Ford Aerostar and Oldsmobile). My wife thought it was the best looking
of the 3; and it was pretty much the ideal size for our needs. One of my
daughters bought it from me two years ago at 94,000 miles and is still
driving it.

Sorry about my logic. Thing is, I think it would be the best
replacement for my '92 Accord, if I ever get another vehicle.
