I love it when they refer to 'tuning', but what they really mean is :

a)that they bought a set of rims and a makeshift spoiler with their
Mom's credit card.

b) they installed a high powered stereo that they now can control by a
remote 'tuner'.

c) they installed hydraulic shocks to make the car 'dance' down in the
Mall parking lot on Saturday night.

Tuning...RIGHT !!!
