Except that most cars with foreign brands are made here in the US.

How many car crashes have you seen where the little car was undamaged and
the big car was crushed. Perhaps the difference you are seeing is that big
cars make out better in crashes with little cars than the little cars.

Actually, a lot of effort. And a lot of effort to make the cars function
well, have goor ergonomics and last a long time.

Actually, car insurance covers stupidity. That is why it is called
"no-fault."

"No fault" is only available in certain states.
