rpm goes up and down for a while

Hi, I got 91 accord, I have problem with my rpm, it goes up and down, it's
between 2-3. I also have a cold air instead of hot air. Can someone help?
I'll greatly appreciate. Thank you.

==========

Try opening your rad cap and top it up with coolant. Then fill the
expansion tank half full too. Search the group for what kind of
antifreeze is best. Both problems may be cured.

Honda prints a fine owner's manual. Read The Fine Manual.

Hey thanks for the help, I refill 1 gallon of coolant in and it's working
again.

You might want to check for a leak.... That's a lot to be low.
