Service Bulletin For 2000 Accord

Does anyone know how I can get my hands on Service Bulletin No. 00046 dated
8/26/03? My understanding is that it covers my problem...Check Engine light
comes on with diagnostic code P1164 (involving air/fuel sensor and powertrain
control module).

The car has under 20,000 miles. The dealer installed a replacement kit
(computer), but the light came back on in a week. I took it back. The service
manager reset the light, and suggested I drive it awhile to see what happens.
Two days later, the light was back on.

I intend to take it back to the dealer, but I'm curious about what the SB says.

They're listed, but that's about it. The full bulletin is about $40. I don't
mind buying it, but thought I'd check here first, if there is a cheaper option.

Be sure to check your local public library (county and/or city). The one in
my area subscribes to the All-Data database and is free for in library use
only.
