starting problem 98
Have 98' Civic EX auto trans, w/ 89K miles. During cool weather season,
after starting car and quickly turing it off, next day, car would be
difficult to start - eng. flooded. Would have to step on the gas ped. to get
car started. Any help will be appreciated.
