Before you do anything, find out if you can loosen the crank bolt. I
bought the crank shaft pulley holder from SP Tools for $60.00. The engine
needs to be lowered about 1/2" allowing clearance for the pulley holder to
fit into the pulley. If you can't remove the bolt, at least you'll save
yourself alot of grief. The last thing you need is to be 2/3 into the
disassembly just to find yourself stuck at step 10 in the manual. You
should strongly consider purchasing the Helms manual since you'll need it
for other jobs. The D16Z6 cam timing mark location is different from the
other engines, so keep that in mind. Another reason to get the original
manual...

EX coupe). Turned out well. T/B looked very good after 113k. I also
changed the tensioner (for good measure) and A/C idler pully

At a dealership, probably around $450.00 to $550.00, depending on any
additional items replaced (ie, tensioner, A/C idler pulley etc)...
