Tire Comparison website?

A couple of years back I came across a great website for comparing
tires.....with all the specs, etc...including figures for noise, etc.

(I thought it was 1010tires.com but that doesn't appear to be it.)

Anyone know the best site that has all the specs for all tires?

Thanks for your help.

I tried them; they had exactly one brand of snows for a '95 Camry
with OEM 14" wheels. I think they cater to the 'upscale' crowd.
