Trailer Lights on CR-V

Is there a hiden plug or weather proof plug on a 01 CR-V so I can hook up a
trailer light connector, I like the adapter type where you plug into the
factory weather proof plug.

Thanks
Tom

Are you asking where to buy a connector that plugs into the one that's
pictured in your owner's manual? The one provided isn't weatherproof,
but it also won't reach outside the car...at least the one in the '97
won't.

Re: Trailer Lights on CR-V

I found a link for the adapter plug.

http://www.jcwhitney.com/webapp/wcs/...X&appId=219131

I will have to hunt for the harness under the car to find out where you plug
it in at.

I am going to try and buy the adapter plug locally first.

Thanks

tflfb,

Don't bother putting your overalls on..... Page 169 of the fine owner's
manual says that the connector is behind the left rear speaker. You can
leave your creeper hanging on the wall.

1-800-782-4356 is the north american number to order Honda user's
manuals. In Canada the dealers get them in on two days notice.

You'll find hundreds of informative tips and answers, and your car be
worth more when you sell it. :-)
