Two Element tech questions

I have an '04 4LX and would like to know, if'n you'd be so kind:

-=-

1. 4LX wired for aux power jack in rear?

I've had conflicting reports on this. I ordered a 12V "cigarette
lighter" style power jack for my 4LX, understanding that the power
wiring from the battery already exists.

Since then, I've heard some say that's on the DX only, that the LX
doesn't have wires going back there.

Before I unmount the panels and seat belt, I'd ask the benefit of your
experience about that.

(If the 4LX doesn't have wiring back there, I have a never-used Element
rear power jack kit for sale cheep...)

-=-

2. Aux input for 4LX CD player deck?

I have the stock CD player that comes in the 4LX. I have no Aux input
next to the power-point on the passenger-side dashboard.

Does the stock player support Aux in? If so, I'm capable enough to run a
wire from it to where I'd like to mount an input for my flash MP3 player.

If not, what FM-transmitter-based or other methods have you used for
piping external audio into the stock stereo system, short of replacing
the main unit?
