Just installed the Osram Silverstars I bought from Daniel Stern's Lighting.

WOW! What a difference!

Highly recommended. (I bought the H4s)

Osram Silverstars are not blue bulbs.
Sylvania Silverstars *are* mildly blue filtered bulbs.

The Osram SilverStar is available in H4 but not 9003. The Osram
SilverStar H4 is not DOT compliant. Sylvania SilverStar is available in
9003 but not H4. The Sylvania SilverStar 9003 is DOT compliant. Osram
SilverStar H4 is 15% brighter than Sylvania SilverStar 9003. 9003 and H4
types are for all practical purposes interchangeable.

Sylvania SilverStar bulbs have a slight tint in the glass to increase
color temperature, Osram SilverStar bulbs are not tinted.
