Will DVD system on Honda Pilot play DVD+R?
 

OK, maybe a minor question. We're looking at a new Honda Pilot EX, with
the DVD option. Certainly not a deal breaker, but I was wondering if
anyone knows whether Honda's DVD system can play DVD+R or DVD+RW
formats? It'd be mighty handy to keep copies of DVD's in the car for my
kids, as opposed to originals. Also, I have a number of DVD+R's that I
made from their old Disney VHS tapes. No, I can't test this at the
dealer...the only demo they have to drive doesn't have the DVD system
installed.

I just bought an 04 odyssey with dvd and it will not play +r's.
HOWEVER, I have had success with the -r's. Now I have to go out and buy
a new dvd-r recorder.
