Will my Fit actually arrive?

I found a dealer willing to sell it at MSRP. He didn't even try to
sell me the add-on stuff. So I ordered the sport model and now I have
to wait - how long wasn't specified. I suppose I will get it but how
long is another matter.

Re: Will my Fit actually arrive?

This may be their ploy. I paid initial deposit for the 2006 Civic
because dealer agreed to sell it at just a little over Invoice price. I
kept waiting for it to come. Never got it. Finally took the deposit
back and bought a used 2000 Civic.

I think what dealers are doing is they are promising the customers to
sell the car but then are selling it to the highest bidder. So
basically if I walk in there and promise to pay more than MSRP than
they will sell it to me.........
Anyways good luck with yout Fit....

I ordered mine in April (22nd I think). Got it in June - about 7 weeks.
Well worth the wait.

I ended up with a cost of $16,520, plus $1383 in sales tax. Ouch. So
$18,000 for a Fit. It's end of the year time though, I could have
gotten a Civic for $2000 more, but I think I like this better than the
Civic. It works for me because I rarely carry anyone in the back seat.

<snort> You could have gotten a Civic for $2000 LESS.

Sucker.
