Xm radio Problem
I have the EX-V6 with no NAV. I wanted to sign up for XM before the price
jump in April.
I cannot get the radio to Channel 000. I can get to 001 which is the preview
channel, but there is no way using the tune button to move off that channel
once I'm there. Up/down does not work. I can move to another catagory and
press the tune up/down and go from channel to channel, 150, 151, 152, but
when it gets to the end of that catagory, it goes back, i.e. 150, 151, 152,
153, 150. It always says Catagory, is there a way NOT to be in a catagory
and just tune each channel one at a time?
The rep at XM radio was lost. I called the dealer and they jsut gave me the
old "bring it in" but I have to b e missing something. When listening to the
preview channel, it says to tune down one channel. Argh! I can't!
I am in my trial period now, but I want to get the $9.99 rate before it goes
to $12.99.
Any clues?

Re: Xm radio Problem
I tried both the seek and tune button on my Accord's XM and both of them get
me to 000. ( Use the buttons on the stereo, not the controls on the steering
wheel )You should also have received a reminder card from XM/ Honda through
the mail that will have your radio ID#.
If you can afford it, it is better to buy 2 to 3 years of subscription and
save money.

Re: Xm radio Problem
I finally found the answer...but even the dealer couldn't help me. Press
and hold the Rpt/Disp button for 3 seconds and it will switch from CATAGORY
mode to CH mode. Couldn't find it in the manual either.
