'98 Honda Prelude Idle Issues ?

'98 Honda Prelude Idle Issues ?
First, the car does a jerk-hesitation immediatly after coming to a complete stop.
Next, when I am driving and turn the A/C on, the car starts jerking really bad like it is revving too high and not shifting properly.
Both the check engine and ABS lights are on. I took the 'Lude to Autozone and their check said 'idle issues' basically. Then, I reset the lights (took out the fuse) and the engine light didn't come back on until I was running the A/C. It only jerks while driving when the A/C is on, and the other 'stop hesitation' is reoccuring.
Please help, I'm learning my way around cars I love this car, but I feel like the service place down here likes to screw over college kids.
V-Tech engine and the car is super clean.
