Is it okay to use regular gas on a 2001 honda prelude?
 
because the speedometer says premium, i mean am i damaging my engine or wats going on becasue it is a base h22 engine, some one let me know as soon as possible thanks

Don't do it. The H22A runs like ass on regular. Pay the extra dollar or so per tank to put in 91 (or 93 if it's available in your state).































A lot of the engines on import cars are made to run on higher gas than is available in the US; the VR6 in VW's is intended for a minimum 95 for example, so no matter what you're already putting in worse gas than it was made for.
