Any idea what would cause a low pitched noise and vibration when
accelerating from a stop to oh, 10-20 mph in a 2005 Tucson? Also-there is a "snap" noise from (it seems) the vicinity of the glove box when the car reaches full operating temperature (that is, as soon as it is fully warmed up). Any suggestions? |

My Sonata had something similar to that and it was the tyres. It died away
over ~ 45 mph. Gradually disappeared as tyres wore in ? out?. Re: 2 questions
I've got little to offer without hearing the noises/feeling the vibration.
Perhaps an exhaust heat shield? -- Message posted using http://www.talkaboutautos.com/group/alt.autos.hyundai/ More information at http://www.talkaboutautos.com/faq.html |
