2005 XG350 belt
 

Is this engine interference and does it have timing chain or belt?
I intend to change out the coolant, what antifreeze does it use originally?
Can I use generic?

Interference engine, timing belt.

Coolant should be aluminum-safe. Name-brand coolants should meet this
requirement.
