'96 Elantra Fuse Box problem

Hi, I have a problem figuring out which fuse is for the Headlights and
Dashboard. Recently, my headlights and dashboard went dead.

I replaced one burnt fuse market "H/LP" but that didn't make any
difference.

I have three questions:
1. Which fuse box contains the fuse I need to change?
2. What is the name of the right fuse, (most names are just weird
abbreviations?
3. Is it possible that a relay has burnt out?

Your help would be greatly appreciated

If I read the Hyundai online info correctly (you should
read it too!), your headlamp relay is labled E06, in the Engine
Compartment Fuse/Relay Box. The instrument cluster is
powered through fuse #10 in the Dash Fuse Box.
