AC causing condensation on windows
From Bones46@webtv.net
When I use the air conditioner and Ive been driving for a while condensation forms on my door window and also on the windshield. Is this due to the selection of how I want the air to cool off the car? Bob http://community.webtv.net/bones46/BobSeifertsWebPage0 http://community-2.webtv.net/bones46.../mailedD15.jpg |
Re: AC causing condensation on windows
If in defrost mode with A/C on I will get condensation on the bottom
of my front windshield. So I add a bit of heat to dry it out & all is fine. It usually happens in a high humidity time. I drive a 2002 Sante Fe. bones46@webtv.net (kroger Bobb) wrote in message news:<5285-40E62B35-343@storefull-3173.bay.webtv.net>... > From Bones46@webtv.net > When I use the air conditioner and Ive been driving for a while > condensation forms on my door window and also on the windshield. Reminds me of one week (coupla years ago) I was in Houston on business. Had on a suit and tie, driving a rental with the a/c on max. Needed to turn the wipers on to remove the condensate from the OUTSIDE of the windshield. Nothing personal you Texans but I'm sure glad I live in a nice temperate swamp here in Florida. I couldn't hack that ship canal area for long. =;-) S25 |
