Anybody know the amount of the dealer holdback for the 2005 and 2006 Sonata

$3800.00, however a smart dealer will never negotiate with this amount.

Re: dealer holdback

The amount is on 2005, the '06 is all new so the factoy has no reason to
incentive it.

Dumb question, but what is a holdback?
Is it the amount the dealer will come down
from the posted price on the window?

Where did you get that number? Hyundai's standard holdback is 2% of the
