Elantra GT Problems

Well, I have had my Elantra GT for almost a year now and I have 11000 Miles
on it. I love the car but it has a couple of problems one of which I can't
seem to get fixed. The first is an AC problem, it seems when I am in 1st
gear (It has a manual tranny) the AC will stop working. Air continues to
come out and the AC light stays on, but the air goes warm. I know that cars
will turn off the compressor if you floor a car and need the power but I can
do a rolling clutch start no gas and it does the same thing. This would be
fine but I am in TN and in the summer when you get in the car the temp is
about 130 and when you pull off or get stuck by a red light it gets rather
annoying. There seems to be only two common things, one is it has to be
under 10MPH and it does not matter if I start in first or second gear. I
have taken it in 3 times, the first 2 they flushed it and said it was fine
(Bull) the third they said they could not recreate the problem because it
was under 60 and raining so they did not notice it cut off. My question is
this, has anyone experienced this? What was the cause and or solution? The
service manager at Alexandria Hyundai in DC advised me that it could be the
control unit that you change the temp settings and everything with, he said
it could be possible that it is shorting out under 10MPH and turning off the
AC compressor. Sounds like that could be it but I left the area before he
could fix it.

My second problem is with my clutch, when I push my clutch in when the car
is off or on, the clutch squeaks and it is quite loud. Any idea's? It
sounds like something rubbing but I cant find it on the outside of the
tranny.

Thanks for any help in advance!
