Elantra: PZEV Version ?

Hello,

Tried to find the differences in their brochure, but couldn't.

What is the difference between the Elantra GLS and the GLS PZEV please ?

Opinions on ?

PZEV is Partial Zero-Emission Vehicle designed for states with higher
emission standards. Also having three Hyundai's in the family (2006 on)
no paint problems.
