minimum heat
 
Has anyone have a problem with the heat/fan unit?
The heat only comes when dial is set on 3 or 4
and turned all the way to extreme heat? fuse bad somewhere?

The resistor speed control thingy may be stuffed if the fan only works on 3
or 4.

If you're not getting adequate heat, the classic cause is a bad thermostat.
